Talking Commute Time - Villa Rica to 285?

down I-20 I assume.

Anyone have any idea how long this drive is during morning (to 285) and afternoon (to Villa Rica) rush hour?

I'm hoping to find some acreage in that general area. My office is just north of I-20, and just West of I-285. I'm wide open on where I will locate to find such a property, but I thought Villa Rica would give me a good metric. Any commute times in that general area would be appreciated.

Thanks in advance!

War Eagle!

My husband and I actually chose Villa Rica because of the commute. According to him it's not that bad most of the time. The only trouble spots are usually around Six flags or Thornton road. Since you will be taking 285w you will get hit some of the traffic back up for the on-ramp to 285 east, but you will be fine as long you stay in the far right hand lane. In non-peak hours it's a 40 min drive from exit 26 (Liberty Road) to Hartsfield. I would give yourself an hour to hour 15 min leadway on traffic between 7am and 9am.
