How about this, having a diner on many a corner like in NJ
Cannot beat Jersey diners, great family owned establishments with home style comfort food for Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner
Maybe they could replace the Waffle Houses

I'd settle for having a Denny's on every corner. Sadly, there aren't many left in this metro area ... the only one I know about in Cobb closed a while ago.

It would still have nice houses, a low cost of living, nice geography and a mild climate.

My sister in New Jersey is crazy about those dinners and looks for one's similar to them when she comes back to ATL. Guess we'll have to settle for Waffle Houses on every corner instead.

True. Like NY or DC, it would have rolling hills in the burbs and nice houses, but unlike NY, you don't need to make $500,000+/year to afford a 3,500 sf house!

Sorry to be a stickler for details, but isn't that Atlanta? You just described the Atlanta suburbs.
