WELL,
my husband and I have decided to rent...we need to know, if Post Crest, off cumberland parkway near cumberland mall is a good area, and safe neighborhood...

You can only trust apartmentratings.com so far, because really the majoroity of people that go on there are the ones that are upset with something. Very rarely do the people that love a community look it up to give it good ratings.

Cumberland area is ok - it doesn't have anymore crime than the next place. I lived at a Gables community for a while, and really liked their customer service. Gables, Gables.com - Apartments for Rent, Luxury Apartments, Furnished Apartments, Unfurnished Apartments, Corporate Housing

Not sure about those but I used to live about a mile from there in a (former) post community and liked it alot. And the area for the most part is a good area. Your close to the mall, lots of restaurants, the movie theater and the highway and not far from Atlanta. Also the still new Cobb Energy Center.
