Default Decatur area?
Can anyone recommend affordable apartment complexs within walking distance of downtown Decatur yet also walking distance to the MARTA train? Is the Kensington train station in or near Decatur?

Kensington Station is not within walking distance to downtown Decatur. It's probably three miles from the center of downtown Decatur. You could walk to downtown Decatur from Avondale or East Lake stations (and, obviously, Decatur station is right in the middle of downtown Decatur).
