Well, darlin', maybe now is the time for you to get to know the metro area a little better...

No thanks. I'm not going to go to Suwanee or North Fulton. Nobody needs to be familiar with every single part of the metro area. I've lived here 36 years, and lived in numerous parts of the metro area. I'm adequately familiarized.
I've seen photos of Suwanee online. They did a good job there. Did they build that town over empty space or over an existing developed area? Can you provide links to the other places you mentioned? I'm not having much success Googling them.
By the way, let's stop with the darlin' business.
Obviously I've been to Midtown and Buckhead, but the Northlake LCI plan forbids much of what you find there, so Northlake is not going to be similar to those places.

The future of development will be (or should be) about retrofitting, remodeling, reconfiguring, and redeveloping.
Northlake is prime for a lot of great changes.
And imagine if they added a MARTA Line and/or Commuter Rail Line through there (which would be very easy since the rail corridor is already in place...a MARTA Line that starts at Armour/Lindbergh with stops at Cheshire Bridge, Sage Hill, Emory/Druid Hills, Clairmont, Leafmore, Northlake...and then on to Tucker, Smokerise, etc...sigh.)

Wow, you're being extraordinarily annoying.
In Northlake news, the Chili's which closed and is currently vacant has a banner which says a Twisted Taco will be opening soon.

I had no idea Aries was such a bigshot.
Anyway, as to my questions from Friday which have not been answered:
Re: Suwanee: Did they build that town over empty space or over an existing developed area?
Re: Smyrna, Roswell, North Fulton, etc: Can you provide links to those places? I'm not having much success Googling them.
