Hey guys... I'm headed to the Atlanta airport tomorrow and am not familiar with the parking situation.
How much should I expect to pay for 3 full days (my car will be there from Thursday ~8pm until Sunday ~10pm) Where is the best place to park it considering I will be coming from I-85 south, don't want to overspend, don't mind taking a shuttle from a parking lot to the terminal, and also keeping in mind that getting lost driving in Atlanta scares me to death! |

Park and Ride my friend, Park and Ride. I used it when I went on vacation to Williamsburg Virgina. It comes out even cheaper than the "Economy" parking lot right at the airport. There's 24 hour security at the lot where you leave your car, and no matter what time you get to the lot, there's a shuttle going over the airport like every 5-10 minutes, tops. I don't remember the exact price, but it's your best bet. I think it's something like $5-$7 per day.

Economy is $9 or $10 a day, I think, and is often full (it'll tell you on the airport website). I never have trouble with economy being sold out, though. I opt for it rather than park-and-rides because I'm not familiar with the surface streets near the airport. To me, the price difference wouldn't even be worth considering if the trip is only 3 days.
Your trip is tomorrow. If I were you I would not use this site as your only source of info. |
