Another example comes to mind based on where I'm staying now. It's an apartment complex largely populated by college/grad students, and mainly white.
So... as you can imagine, there's a few of the tenants who still think they're in dorms, and scream and yell at all hours. Drunkenly, usually, but some just do it because their mother isn't around to slap them silly. Almost all of the offenders are just young guys. And while it's just a minority of the residents who are bothersome, it makes the entire complex look bad. No one notices the normal residents, they just remember not being able to sleep because of the drunks.
I sort of expect this giving the demographics, but it still gets annoying. There's one dude in particular who SINGS when he gets 3 sheets to the wind, and it's like having a bad Tom Waits impersonator outside my window.
