Default Foreclosures

Anyone else looking for a good deal on foreclosures? What resources (websites) are you using?

There are several auction houses. Check out the foreclosures with the county. Also, check out the bank sites (if you know of a large subprime lenders in GA, I'd check there first). Developers are also holding onto these properties too. So you might want to check there as well.

Don't pay for sites that you can get the information for free.

Depends what you mean by foreclosure. If you want to buy from the bank once they have taken back the property most of the time they are put on the MLS. You could check realty sites or use Georgia Multiple Listing Service

You can also check out Hud homes for sale online, sometimes they are only listed through hud and not on MLS.

Foreclosure for some means buying from the owner before they are foreclosed or buying on the courthouse steps. Of course the risk is much greater if you go this route but the deals can be too.
