cramped, IMHO. I was driving around and bumped into it. The outer walls are all painted in Ren repro style and they are huge McMansions jammed against each other and across the street from a 300,000 subdivision -- at best...and on Sewell Road...and 1.2 -1.5 mil!

I am just shocked. For that much, who wouldn't want at least a little privacy -- or a gated community, land, etc?

Ah, but you can't buy a 1.2 million gated community, etc just a few miles away in Long Beach :-). This just seemed odd for the area...out of place, even.

How funny...someone mentioned this. We drive by it all the time and my husband and I laugh like crazy. I can only imagine what those tacky murals will look like in ten years time. Ridiculous. Every guest who has ever visited us has made some well deserved snide comment about them. Even if I had billions to spend just catching a glimpse of those gaudy pictures would have me running for cover....... It's even more ridiculous then Savannah Ridge those monstrosities on Johnson Ferry Road with the fake orange and red tile roofs. I shake my head...what the heck were they thinking?

As I recall, you only need to drive 1/4 mile in either direction on Lower Roswell to hit some rather run down retail. My guess is they 'stopped' thinking about three years ago. Ah, the good old days!

Is this what you're talking about?
Your web browser and the Maps site are incompatible
(click the above link despite what it says about being incompatible)

Are those brick or stucco? I can't tell.

This one states 'all brick'...could use a little staging, IMO.
Oh, and 'Welcome to my garage(s)...there's a front door here somewhere'.

Gosh! It even looks really odd from the aerial. Thats one of the problems with sprawl - where development is entirely random. The only "planning" done is when a developer seeks permits or a rezoning. They either get it, which is usually the case, or are rejected.

We passed this subdivision by accident one day and both my kids thought it was an amusement park, since those are usually gated all around with pictures painted on the walls. We laughed for awhile about that one...
