Default Architect/Builder for a custom home
I understand you can save a lot of money on a custom-designed home by using a builder who is also the architect (or vice versa!). I'm sure there are some good ones in the Atlanta area. I would like to design and build a custom home in the NW Atl or Cobb County. A firm called The Wrigley Group has been recommended but I haven't found any others to compare. Any suggestions?
