Well, not long ago they were saying that work would "definitely" start up again in July. Now it's pushed back (again) to September.eventually open, but I have a feeling there are more problems than are being reported, and it will wind up being a smaller scale project than originally touted.

Actually, my previous post was wrong. The article said construction would resume in September 2009 (not 2010)...and that the project was on schedule to open in October of 2010.
