Default Dunwoody - Mount Vernon North

I've been looking at a house in the subdivision of Mount Vernon North (Dunwoody). Does anyone know if there is a HOA there?

Pretty positive there isn't....that's the neighborhood behind Dunwoody Village, off Mt. Vernon Rd. and Mt. Vernon Way, right? None of those old neighborhoods have them, but they are covered by the Dunwoody HOA which is pretty powerful, but they really only bother you if you do something totally absurd (like have livestock in your yard, or pave your entire front yard).
