Default Gwinnett's 287g program is a keeper

The gwinnett county board of commisioner stated that they will keep the newly approved 287g progrm for gwinnett county, how do you all think this will affect gwinnett's future?

Its a program, it goes like this, if an iliegal immigrants get arrested for a crime they will get deported

felonies, and i think misdemeanor, and driving with out a license can land you in jail under state law.

Oh, ok. When I saw the "g" I was thinking it had something to do with grams and was some sort of drug law.

I guess if you're in the USA illegally and you get busted doing something illegal, you're really busted for two crimes, so "adios".

They should go home for the first crime of being in the country illegally- the second (misdemeanor or felony) is just the icing on the cake that got them caught for the first crime.

And a new law takes effect on jan 1 2010 that will cut off all public benifits to them.
