Wow, I'd say. Our original floor plan claims 2,275 sq ft, our house was built in 1987 according to the Wieland plaque in our front closet, we have floor to ceiling single pane windows and a very old furnace and central a/c unit, and we keep our house around 72 all summer, and yet our high elec bill was maybe $225. And that's with several PCs and a pair of DVRs running 24x7.

Greystone Power, tho, not Cobb EMC.

We *do* have several trees about our house providing shade, though, so it's possible they are making a tremendous difference?
