Can anyone tell me about Palmetto? I am looking at a subdivision that is on the border of Fulton & Coweta (Huntington Forrest). The lot in question is actually Coweta county with Coweta schools.

Why is there such a huge difference in the ranking between the Fulton elementary (Palmetto Elementary) and the Coweta (Arbor Springs)?

Does anyone know anything about crime and demographics in the area? I couldn't find the city of Palmetto on city-data.com.

Thanks for any info?

I purchased a home in Palmetto Georgia!! It was built by Atreus and I now rent that home out. Palmetto is a very nice quiet town, in my opinion. I have never heard anything horrible about Palmetto, but most people still choose Newnan Georgia because of the shopping and resale values.
