Glenwood/Memorial development plans
I'm looking to buy my first home and have found interesting properties all up and down the Glenwood and Memorial Dr. neighborhoods, from grant park to white oak hills.
Does anyone know of any pending development plans through this area? I know it's constantly developing, but anything scheduled for that burnt up old shopping center where club Esso is? Grant Park/Summerhill around MLK middle school? Candler Rd. / White Oak Hills area?
Any info appreciated, as well as safety concerns, etc.
