Default Information on Lake Dow subdivision

Hello,
Recently visited Henry county in search of homes, hubby and I are both retiring from the west. Loved the Lake Dow sub, but found that there was not a lot of new construction, and there were many, many, forclosures. Any feed back would be a great help.

Thanks

All those should be huge warning signals. Look elsewhere.

If you want new construction, in this market, it is essential that you buy one of the last lots to be developed and that all the promised amenities (ie swimming pool, golf courses, whatever) are in place before you close.

Even better, buy in an established neighborhood that is totally finished.
