Default Buying Property In Snellville
We are considering buying a 5br, 4ba house in a fairly new sub-development in Snellville. The community is on Springdale Rd just off Scenic Hwy 124 (about 1.5mi south of Hwy 78). It's considered to be zip code 30078.

Does anyone have any thoughts on buying property in this area? The house is fairly well priced at ca. $220,000. We are considering selling after 5 years, and would like to know what everyone's thoughts are on the future of Snellville, and particularly this area of Snellville.

We are just a married couple with no kids. Thanks for any input!!!!
