Default Hapeville- The Next Atlantic Station development
Im sure everyone has heard Jacoby Dev. bought what use to be the Ford Plant in Hapeville, and plans to form another mixed use development. Do you think this area has the chance to be a hot intown area?

I bought a house in the area 2 years ago. Renting it out now. Im going to hold out and see what happens.

Sure, the new Int'l terminal opens in 2011. The new terminal will have a shuttle which will shuttle people waiting on their flights to the development to shop/etc. THis development is more of office building/retail. AS is mostly retail/condos/etc.
