Looking for reasonable place near Norcross

City of Cumming is in North Forsyth, although there is small unincorporated part that has Cumming zipcode in South Forsyth. 45 minutes I assume is from those unincorporate Cumming zipcode address. It will be much longer from city of Cumming itself. Medlock Bridge/Peachtree Parkway is very congested during the rush hour since it goes through ever popularly city of Johns Creek.

Cumming is new developing area in Atlanta. The crime is very minimum.

Don't know the price range of your purchase. In general, there is minimum crime in North Gwinnett (city of Duluth, city of Suwanee, City of Berkeley Lake, Dacula and Hamiliton Mill), North Fulton (Johns Creek, Alpharatta, Milton) or Forsyth county. In some ways, like nrgpill said, those are results of "middle class flight". In return, you pay for traffic and long drive.

Quick update.. the house was sold out from under us before our appt to see it has arrived.. I HATE MOVING!!! I would appreciate if anyone has driven past a rental house that they could provide me the contact info. Gwinnett county , Forsyth County or Hall County.. they all work!
