Post Probate court question
I would like to know how I would go about obtaining probate court records. The case is about 2 years old. Thanks in advance for the advice.

You go to the clerk of the court during regular business hours and ask to see the records. If you want copies, you will have to pay for them. If you don't know which court, it is probably the superior court in the county where the person resided.

go to the court house, the books are public, and copes are 25cents per page
