Do any of the Perimeter Center office parks like Concourse or Ravinia have a freely-accessible public viewing deck (similar to the Westin downtown)? I was thinking that might be a good place to get a distant view of Buckhead/downtown.

There is a lounge and observation deck on the 26th floor of the Manhattan condo building in Perimeter Center.

Don't know...I looked at a couple of units in that building and the realtor was very enthusiastic about showing me the whole building. You could always get in there on the premise of being a prospective buyer.
