Information about villa Rica area needed
I plan to move there in a few months from Ohio. I have family an hour away on the east side of Atlanta.
I visited your area and know nothing other than what I could see in a few days and what I can find on-liine.
Would like to live lakeside or in a lake community that also has a swimming pool available. Want a friendly community who welcome newcomers. We are new empty nesters. We love the outdoors and being with other people
In looking at the subdivisions, we liked the look and feel of Fairfield Plantation. I would be commuting to work to Villa Rica and near Douglasville. Not sure about that commute. Any other nice areas not too far off the beaten path that have 1/2 acre or more lots? The woodsy feel is also nice but some mature trees or wooded areas would also be good.
We were disappointed in Mirror Lake, some nice areas, but some areas that appear to be deteriorating.
Looking for some current information please.
