Does Emory University still have an official religious affiliation? I know it was historically associated with the Methodist Church, but I can find nothing that supports or denies a current affiliation.

Not that it makes much of a difference. Emory has effectively been a secular institution for years --- I was just curious what the official status of it was.

Methodist - in fact a lot of the famous Methodists are buried at Emory of Oxford. IMO, it's a secular school. That was my experience when I attended many, many, many years ago.

I went to Emory and although it is officially a Methodist University. Methodist students are in the minority in terms of demographics. I would say that the majority of students are Jewish or Catholic.
