Mystery Building (rentals, condominiums, buyers)

Does anyone have info on the building being constructed on Piedmont Ave between 11th and 12th, on the eastern side of the street? They've been working on it for what seems like forever, and yet there is no signage whatsoever to tell us what it's going to be. I'm assuming they started out as condos, so maybe that's the reason there's been a stall. Anyone privy?

Yes the "mystery building" is adjacent to Piedmont Crest Condominiums on Piedmont Avenue on the same side as Piedmont Park. They were originally slated as condominiums but the latest rumor is that they may be rentals.

I sold a unit at Piedmont Crest and the new Buyers have have been inquiring about the building too!
