Maid service for highrise midtown condo? (to buy, cost, best)

I'm getting ready to buy in Metropolis, and I'm curious as to whether the concierges in these buildings already have arrangements with a specific cleaning service if I want some occasional help.

Nothing too involved, just a cursory mop/vacuum/clean the bathrooms type thing.

Any idea what the cost is, or which services do a good job?

Usually the conceirge knows of other cleaning services already working in the building, since they have to check in every time they show up.( they do in my building) . The best thing would be to just ask the concierge-that's what they are there for.
