Centennial Park, and the Hard Rock Cafe?
Is parking at the Hard Rock Cafe like metered parking in NYC,
or is it first come first serve, parking garages, parking lots (pay to park)?

There are parking garages and street level lots. Prices vary depending on what's going on. If something's going on at Philips Arena, you may have to pay as much as $20 for a spot. On regular old boring days, you can park for $3-7 if you look around and get ready to walk a few blocks.

...or you can take MARTA to Peachtree Center Station for $2.25 and walk a block to Hardrock.

Ok, that sounds cool. We will be ice skating afterwards at Centennial.
Should we just go to the Seaquarium, then park at Centennial after the Seaquarium, hop on the Marta to Hard Rock for dinner,
then come back to Centennial on the Marta, then drive home after skating?
Is this possible?

Please do not take this as rude, but do you mean the Georgia Aquarium??

I've seen you call it the Seaquarium several times.

Yes. LOL I'm in Florida, and so hooked on SeaWorld, that I have actually called it that a few times in my house (SeaWorld).
Sorry about that. We also have the Miami Seaquarium, and maybe that's why I call it a Seaquarium, tho they don't compare, obviously. LOL

AJ1972 - This entire area that you want to visit is very compact and walkable. The Aquarium sits across the street from Centennial Park. The ice skating rink is in the park, closer to the CNN side. The Hard Rock is about 4 blocks from the Park.

Depending on where you're staying, I would find a central parking spot, or just take the train to the Peachtree Center station.
