Neighbors lake running off on my property
My next door neighbor has a lake that overflows onto my property when we have a major downpour like we had this week. It is beginning to cause damage and I have contacted him. He said that he would get somebody out to give him a quote but he never did. I have just emailed him again asking him, very nicely, to take care of this problem that these overflows are causing. I believe there are laws that prohibit this just in case he is non responsive. I know that I will have to get an attorney involved but want to know if there are laws.
