Hi All,
All of your help has been so helpful so far! We have narrowed our search, thanks to you all to Grant Park. Can anyone tell us about Park Row North development that is a little less than 2 years old? I know it's gated, appears very clean and nice. Is this a place people would live security and safety wise? Please help us! It's pretty close to the Park, a few blocks of so, and the area immediately adjacent to the Park seems nice, so can we safely assume this area is just as safe?

Thanks and we can't wait to move to Atlanta!

Joy and Simon

Ok I'm pretty sure this development is just south of the park on Boulevard. If so, the area is definitely transitioning. I would consider it to still be a safe place, but others probably wouldn't. You would be right on the proposed Beltline so if the thing goes through you should make some money, however you are probably paying a premium because you are right on the proposed Beltline so if it doesn't go through, you could lose some money. Keep in mind though you are very close to some very shady areas.

Thanks. Is this area surrounded by house-flippers? or just some ghettos? Is it a place you'd walk through at dusk? or even during the day alone? Or, is anything besides the Park even worthwhile walking to? How about coffee shops?
