Default Looking for REAL Apt Reviews in Duluth, GA

I am looking to move to the Duluth Area, right off State Bridge Road/Pleasant Hill Road.

I have been looking at a few apartment complexes and was wondering if anyone here could give reviews or other suggest other apts that are near or close to Pleasant Hill Road.

-Colonial Grand At Pleasant Hill
-Camden River
-Avonlea on the River

these are the three I have been looking at. I've been looking on apartmentratings.com (but you can never tell when the review is fake or not!)

thanks again for any help!

Camden River and Avonlea on the River are next to each other. They are in city of Johns Creek. It is next to Whole's Food market. Pretty nice area. But don't know the apartment specific.

Colonial at Pleasant Hill is next to new Koreaown and Super H market. The location is probably not as nice as the other two.

There is another apartment called Colonial at Berkeley Lake. That's seems nicer than Colonial at Pleasant Hill. That's on peachtree industrial. It is very
close to the other two apartments location wise.

Where do you work? Pleasant Hill can have a lot of traffic if you go with traffic. In the morning, a lot of people from I-85 go west. In the afternoon, a lot of people go from West to East.

I am working in the Nukoa Plaza off steve reynolds, but I can also do all my work from home, so traffic isnt really an issue.

I liked Colonial at Berkely Lake, really liked the place, but they dont have any one bedrooms available anytime soon. Also considering Colonial at River Oaks

I visited Colonial at Pleasant Hill, lookd nice but the whole complex seemed a bit shady. Ive been here before visiting friends and the front gate is never closed. the other gate they have works, but whats the point of only one gate working?

anyways, if anyone has any apartment reviews of other nearby places, thanks again!

Anyway, you will be going against traffic, so Avonlea on the river can be a good choice.

Also, there is another apartment called Paces Commons. Have you see that apartment before?
