What do you consider as part of Atlanta area?
Atlanta MSA considers that Atlanta area consist of 28 counties and 5.5 millions people. Atlanta Regional Transit only count 10 inner counties as Atlanta areas. AJC only considered City of atlanta/South Fulton, Dekalb, Gwinnett, North Fulton, Cobb and Clayton as its core suburbs, which I agree. The rest of counties I consider as exurb areas. What do you consider as Atlanta area? At this rate of counting, Athens and Macon will soon be considered as part of Atlanta area.
