Yeah, there are some around the Cumberland Mall area as well (WorldSpan has their headquarters building there, and my own employer (SITA) also has a large data center in the area).

It's so strange going North and watching cities die and living in states where there are huge incentives for companies to relo.

It's just now that Northern cities are trying to get businesses to head back up North.
