4notch is on a distinguished road
P'tree City is nothing but a series of nice, very expensive neighborhoods connected by golf cart paths. There's a business district by the highway, but almost everything's brand new. The "town" itself isn't very old and, from what I've heard, designed before it was built. No ghettos. No areas to avoid. No trailer parks. No downtown. It's a pretty sterile place.
