My husband, 5 year old son and I are looking to relocate from Ohio to Peachtree City area. We found a new D.R. Horton development in Senoia which is only 7-10 minutes from Peachtree City. You get a lot more house for your money and I would like to know if anyone has any information about Senoia? Any information would be appreciated.

I live in Peachtree City and love to escape down to Senoia every chance I get. It is a beautiful area and the town is the closest thing I 've ever seen to "Mayberry " in Georgia.
Though I don't know a whole lot about some of the newer developements down there, the ones I have been in are really nice.

You cannot drive your golfcart all over town - unless you want a $175 fine!!. The only part of senoia that is attached to the golf cart paths is Brechin Park subdivision that I know of. Senoia is really cute and getting quuite upscale scince the film compnay moved in and uses it to shoot locations.

Actually Senoia just passed a golf cart law allowing residents to drive their golf carts just as those do in Peachtree City do now.

Senoia is beautiful and you get all the perks of PTC at a way lesser price. Good place to move too!!

Does Senoia have any plans in the future to expand the golf cart paths throughout the rest of Senoia?
