I used to live in the general area and still play softball over at Tolleson, so I drive by pretty often...I can't believe that site is still just sitting there!

Ok, another question for ya all...

With Belmont Hills going up by then, let's say the economy clears up... Do you think that the plans for Jonquil Plaza will be changed to be even more ambitious than they currently are to differentiate themselves from Belmont Hills? It already features underground parking...
