Atlanta Botanical Gardens

and

GA State Parks and Historic Sites>>>
Georgia State Parks - Sweetwater Creek State Park

Sweetwater Creek is located east of Atlanta, IIRC.

Many good options for day trips and getaways.

Address/Directions
Sweetwater Creek State Park
1750 Mt. Vernon Road
Lithia Springs , GA 30122

Take I-20 west from Atlanta, exit #44 at Thornton Road, turn left and go 1/4 mile. Turn right on Blairs Bridge Road. After 2 miles, turn left on Mount Vernon Road and proceed to the park.

Nah, j/k. I think at some point everyone should "experience" the Clairmont Lounge.

If someone does go, they should seek out Blondie and ask for her special beer can trick

Day trip to Helen... Love Amicalola Park in N Ga mountains.

I would also recommend doing a vineyard (Montaluce)... Dahlonega is also a cute town to see.
