I know a few Morehouse grads:-/

It's all about what you do, not what school you attend. These picks don't reflect tuition costs....interesting.

True. Nine of the top 10 are private, and I know for a fact that Hampton is quite pricey.

I'm only sayin' because my Alma Mater-Howard U. should never be below Hampton (lol just jabbin in a lil school rivalry) and Spelman is the most recent #1 -Giving it up to the ladies!

Wow, good call on the date on the OP's link.

Your more updated link does have several PWUs that weren't in the '03 study. Interesting.

^^Yeah I'm pretty sure the fact that FAMU lost their business school accreditation around the time of the 2003 poll greatly attributed to their big drop..I remember around the time I started freshman year at HU we had a quite a few FAMU business school transplants...Also Xavier's Accreditation for Pharmacy in Feb 2009 was under probation as well...these programs were these schools' shining star, so when their most popular programs are affected by accredidation that can have a big effect.

At least Tuskegee rose quite dramatically though
In terms of the PWU's, I do have to wonder why Emory dropped about 10 spots and why Georgia Tech is never mentioned (I want to go to both for grad

I know Im probably gonna get reemed for this by HBCU grads, but.....
CAU shouldnt even be in the top 25....Clark is a total waste of money.
I went to Clark for one year and then transferred to HU, only after making a brief stop at Atlanta Metro and the AMC/ATC facilities as a JC were better than CAU's. While HU was better it was still very similar to CAU- a fashion show. Looking back on everything now I should have headed my pops advice and went to Ga-State. When I have kids and they get to college age they will not be going to an HBCU
