Completely started over with their board and this new board seems to have its act together.

Still... even though I grew up in Clayton, I would recommend avoiding the area. Very different than when I was coming up. Almost like... a whole different world!

to answer the main question it is because Atlanta is a northern oriented city. If you look at the opposite side of 285 (Roswell, SandySpring/Dunwoody, Buckhead, Marietta, Gwinett and Forsyth) youll see that it is A. Much nicer overall B. More "stuff" C. More Expensive the southside mostly houses the "downtrodden" and the "country"
