Well, it's still part of the Buckhead Village. I guess they were just trying to identify the 2 or 3 block area they're working on. Assuming they do this right it should blend in well with the rest of the Village.

If it were me I'd just refer to the buildings by their street address. So much easier to locate places that way.

It brings up the image of Karl Malden flying over a hill in an unmarked police car a la "The Streets of San Francisco". Everytime I read about it, I can just hear the deep voice of the narrator in the opening credits saying THE STREETS OF BUCKHEAD.

They should bring in a Bass Pro Shop. That'll show them blue hairs and blue bloods.

They already have the Fish Hawk and Chuck's Firearms. They are prized, longtime Buckhead merchants.

I'm always surprised at the stereotypes people have about that part of the city.

That makes sense. A lot of folks probably conflated the 2 or 3 blocks where many of the bars were clustered with the Buckhead Village. The Village is a larger area that goes all the way to Piedmont. The West Village is technically part of Tuxedo Park but it's generally considered part of the village, too.
