Vote one for Atlanta. More diversified economy and a lot more colleges. Plus I always think the more populated an area the better.

This thread is ancient. Don't know why it was brought back to life.

Heterosexual, non criminal, Sane, financially stable (or financially reasonable) black men who may be compatible with you are not in abundance in Atlanta.. :-/

I suppose this may not be true for other races here however..

Yes, I do hear that complaint from educated and successful African-American women.

I wouldn't head to EITHER one right now without a job lined up.

You do know that Charlotte's unemployment rate is even higher than ours, right?

Well sorry you don't like hearing about, but it's the truth.

That's what happens when you put most of your economic eggs in one basket. Things may be tough here, but our economy is WAY more diversified than Charlotte's.

Charlotte is the new Atlanta…. I lived in ATL for about 10 years, moving to Charlotte was hard cause real estate is way more expensive than it is in ATL… There is a lot more going on in Charlotte than Atlanta… 5 years ago ATL had more going on, but as I said Charlotte is the new Atlanta… Did I mention Cleaner? Charlotte is such a beautiful and clean city, Atlanta is dirty and crime infested… I will say, people are way more snobby in Charlotte, a lot of Charlotte folks are rich bastards…
