Anybody know anything about this (see title)? Any houses built yet? Saw a link on Riverwood Studios (soon to be Raleigh Studios) and couldn't find anything about the homes that are/ supposed to be built.

The Southern Living design house , which is a part of this project , is opening this weekend ( June 12 th - thru December ). I imagine that with the attention that the house will gather from the news media and other sources - that you will here alot more about the project.
I have seen some of the project when I have visited down there . What has already been completed looks awsome in my opinion.

I dont know much about it, but Senoia has really gotten really nice recently. I used to think that it was kinda run down, but it has definitely made a huge turnaround.

The Southern Living Idea House should be great exposure for what the project leaders are doing in that town. For anyone who hasn't heard of the Historic Senoia Project, here's the link:The Historic Senoia Project. It's really a beautiful town, and the new structures that have gone up only add to the laid back historic atmosphere.
Also, Serenbe is not far away (about 45 minutes). My partner and I are planning on taking the top down and stopping in there first before taking the back road to Senoia to see the idea house. Should be scenic!
