Just a few weeks ago there was Trump seminar for people looking to succeed in the realty biz. THOSE are the facts.
Don't forget Doctors hospital, International Paper, E-Z-GO Textron, Trinity hospital, Midtown VA hosptial, Kendall, Club Car, Procter & Gamble, John Deere, Care South, Hull Storey, ESI, Kelloggs, Kimberly Clarke, Thermal Cermics, etc....

You must have had a bad experience hanging out at the Best Western and Heart of Augusta hotel back in the day, lol! Since you can see 10 years in the future, why are you here on this forum with us mere mortals, shouldn't you be at tea party rally or a Sarah Palin book signing? Lighten up dude and stop being a lemon, constructive criticism is ok, but you go overboard, you going to be older in ten years!

Oh, and instead of stating your opinions trying to past them off as facts, show us the proof to back up your claims, since you can see 10 yrs into the future, any good stock tips.

This doesn't include University Hospital, Downtown VA, and the numerous other medical buildings. Which help make up the Medical District along with MCG.
The dollar amount doubles if you count MCG Health Inc.’s clinical facilities.... I forgot to mention this on my earlier post.

It's an historic day for MCG, as the hospital operations and college reunite. The Medical College of Georgia and MCGHealth say this move will be better for the entire area. The signing took place at 11:30 a.m. at the MCG Health Sciences Building. Governor Sonny Perdue and MCG's new president were among the state and local leaders who attended.

Augustino's Italian Eatery, Quiznos, Starbucks.. The Marriott is a very nice hotel downtown. If they were to add one/two upscale restaurants in the the hotel and suites section. Then complete a renovation it would be a 5 star hotel...

A Ruth Chris in the historical building by the Tee Center would do very well.

You tell him, Nort!

Augusta easily has more and better medical centers than 95% of the cities in Georgia. That alone creates lots of jobs and revenue. To say that all there is in Augusta is SRS and Fort Gordon shows a strong bias and some serious misinformation.

What's our hospital count at right now? I think it's around 20+ right now. Heck, that's rivaling even NYC, which is considered to be the unofficial capital of our nation by some standards. That says quite a bit. 8)

Beats me but it looks nice so far. We drive through there all the time. The whole strip is like a little mini-Vegas, with all the hotels and restaurants there. Again, I wish I was in the hospitality biz. lol
