Default Battle of the small suburbs

Which small suburb will experience the most significant growth in the next decade?
Rank the suburbs in the correct order..... Please give the reason why.....

Thomson, Hephzibah, Edgefield, Grovetown, Waynesboro, other.....

1. Thomson- Two interstate exits and potential for more growth.. Large municipal building construction taking place downtown.....

2. Hephzibah- Easy commute to the NSA, Augusta Regional, and Plant Vogtle... There are NSA engineers who have million dollar homes inside the city limits....

2. Grovetown- One growing interstate exit and several new neighborhoods near the Evans growth areas....

3. Edgefield- Growing under the radar and feeding off North Augusta and I-20.....

4. Waynesboro- Plant Vogtle will bring growth like never before.

Other-Graniteville, Blythe, Lincolton, Washington.....

Overall if I'm thinking of boom areas unfortunately, Hephzibah is on top of the list. Thomson would be next on it, and after that I don't know. The towns that I want to see stay the same are Waynesboro, Washington, and Lincolnton. I have my reasons.

Overall strategically speaking, Grovetown, Thomson, Hephzibah hold the edge. Thomson is poised to attract new businesses, the interstate access to other cities Atlanta and Columbia.
