I got a job moving to augusta where can i rent a townhouse or apartment where the population is educated and consists of good citizens. I am anglo and would prefer to live with fellow white people, not a racist or anything. The income of my new job would be about 70,000 a year thanks for the help guys.

West Augusta, Summerville, Olde Town, Artist Row and the Central Business District downtown are what you're looking for.. In West Augusta I suggest looking around West Wheeler Pkwy, Stevens Creek rd, Alexander road, Perimeter Pkwy, Roy rd, or Wheeler road... The new Parc at Flowing Wells luxury apartment community is a very nice area... Along with Dunnington townhomes on Boy Scout road and Brigham Woods located on Skinner Mill road..

Do you prefer a surburban area, urban surburban, or a urban walkable area?? What about the crowd living in the area (liberal/conservative, or yuppie/hipster)?
