Default DSM Chemicals expanding to the old Pfizer plant in East Augusta

I've heard DSM Chemicals purchased the old Pfizer plant(30 acre site at 1736 Lovers Lane) today... There were several recent articles stated the compnay was intrested at expanding in Augusta. I'll make sure to share more information when it becomes available..

Actually the property is a total of 40 acres instead of 30..

DSM Chemicals buys new Augusta property
The company announced today it has finished buying the former Augusta Biofuels site. It is a 40-acre property and the former owners have made improvements to offices and other utilities.

DSM Chemicals is planning to relocate its laboratory and some administrative offices to the new facility.
