Default Want Info On Blythe, GA

Hey, can anybody give me info on Blythe, GA. I plan to move to a tract of land south of Blythe, GA, specifically zoned for mobile homes. We plan to move a doublewide in 1 to 3 years and we need info on utilities. For instance, is there rural delivery of mail there? What will be the approximate tax on a $50K home? Can we get natural gas? Is cable TV/internet/phone available? Which company?

Blythe is actually on the southern edge of Augusta (Disgusta).. it is for the most part a very rural area.. you have some military living there as it is fairly close to Fort Gordon. The housing tends to bevery cheap and trailers predominate. BUt as far as I know you have mail delivered.. I think water is well.. I think they also havecable out there too.
