I was referring to those, but specifically Montgomery in that post. You don't travel through it going many places.

A lot more people would have a reason to pass through Augusta than Columbus.

That's another point. Y'all are putting a little too much stock in the annual estimates and it's been proven that they can be pretty off in some cases, which was proven pretty dramatically with Atlanta.

The most funny thing about the entire thread is only 2 of the 24 comments actually came from the local residents of Augusta.

I don't want to hear anything regarding the citizens of Augusta being involved in any type of the 2nd tier cities rivalries, because Augustan's obviously don't care that much.

The people responding have every right to comment, but please don't bring up in the future that Augustan's are usually involved..

I love how Augusta boosters always seem to ignore this reality ...

Lol... Another comment on the thread from somebody not living in Augusta.. Yet, somehow they will portray this as being a 'fight' between the Augusta posters and the Columbus posters..

What reality? The 2010 census was three years ago and it's now almost the end of 2013...

Where are the 2013 stats to show anything related to recent population growth?

Richmond County attracted H&M, Cabela's, movie theater, Whole Foods, Michael Kors, Genghis Grill, Texas Roadhouse, etc in 10 months..

I truly believe Atlanta was shortchanged by at least 150,000 people.
