Yeah that was not worded very well. The poster suggested they weren't properly trained to do traffic stops. I was just wondering if the poster actually believed what he\she said in reference to GRU's proper training.

That wasn't what they were suggesting at all, from what I gathered. The point was asking why they were way over there doing what the OP deems to be someone else's job. OP never said a word about their training.

The poster did in fact bring up training. The last sentence of the OP's post reads...

Perhaps the GRU police should concentrate on the campus and leave the traffic enforcement to the RCSO who are properly trained in that field.

This made me think the poster felt the GRU police are not properly trained in traffic enforcement.
