When looking at counties as a whole, the numbers are interesting. The rest of RC had a slight net decrease of ~100 compared to ARC proper, given the county numbers. These are 2010 census numbers compared to the 2015 estimate for all of the counties in the CSRA.

Additions:
Columbia County GA +19,999
Aiken County SC +5,730
Richmond County GA +1,244
Jenkins County GA +617
Saluda County SC +178

Declines:
Bamberg County SC -1,107
Allendale County SC -986
Barnwell County SC -896
Jefferson County GA -824
Wilkes County GA -726
Burke County GA -571
McCormick County SC -527
Edgefield County SC -471
Screven County GA -431
Warren County GA -374
Washington County GA -371
McDuffie County GA -335
Lincoln County GA -323
Glascock County GA -17

That's a net gain of 19,809 for the entire CSRA, bolstered heavily by Columbia and Aiken counties.

Airforceguy posted the county populations less than two months ago... The numbers are bolstered heavily by Columbia County lol, but even that's slowing down.. Residential permits are down in the county.

I knew you couldn't resist. He posted the numbers for the past year. Much easier to spot trends with the change over 5 years. If by slowing down in Columbia County you mean an average growth of around 4,000 per year, then I guess that's right.

Columbia County is trending up!! (As you would say...) Aiken County is trending up, too!!
