That's directly next to an overflow parking lot behind TBonz. Perhaps they were creating drainage problems and bought the lot to accommodate the fix.

Possible but it could also mean another Kroger's or neighborhood Walmart especially since Walmart seems to be trying to transition away from building supercenters.

I can see another Kroger Marketplace hypermarket in the area soon.

Walmart will continue to open Walmart Neighborhood Market supermarket and Walmart Supercenter hypermarket stores. It has slowed down the opening of new stores.

I can't. There are only 7 in the entire state of GA. Even a city as large and sprawling as Nashville, TN, has just two of them. I don't see that happening in the CSRA any time in the near future, but I could be wrong.
